Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf

Words cannot convey the absolute satisfaction and glee I feel when I'm drinking anything from Coffee Bean, but mostly the indescribably yummy Carmel Ice Blended. One of the last things that I did before I moved from California was to buy a Coffee Bean mug, so that I could drink out of it in North Carolina and reminisce...
Outside of the mugs that accompanied our place settings, I only own mugs that mean something to me, that way my mind can wonder to another place in time as I enjoy my coffee or tea.
I have a mug from my high school with everyone person's name whom I graduated with on it... what's up Class of '99!
I have a Starbucks mug that has a surfer on it and says "Orange County"
I have a San Diego mug
A couple of mugs from my dad that look very rustic and unfinished and are good for soup
A travel mug cup/mug from Sea World Orlando
A fun beer mug from Cheers in Boston
And my beloved and favored Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf glass mug
This trip back to CA, I practically bought out the store -- travel mugs, coffee, etc.
Oh how I love drinking my coffee out of my Coffee Bean mug just that much more now that I'm actually drinking Coffee Bean coffee!
Coffee Bean is primarily found on the west coast, but every once in a while, and much to my delight, I run into one in a random airport and squeel like a little girl!
Now that I realize you can purchase their products online, hands down... I'm going to become their #1 customer!

  1. My favorite coffee cups are always the ones that mean/represent something. I'm actually drinking my joe out of a coffee cup that we got at a trucker station while driving through Canada...and they honest to God, had the best strawberry shortcake I have ever had....which I am now craving. Happy Thursday
