clearwater beach, fl: best sand in the country

Upon our arrival into Florida we were welcomed with sunny skies, 75 degree weather and an ocean front hotel.

We were working in Tampa, but decided to spend 1 glorious night in Clearwater Beach sleeping to the sound of waves crashing out our perched open balcony door.

There's nothing like falling asleep and waking up to waves smashing into the shoreline. Nothing.

We ate lunch and dinner at Frenchy's Rockaway Grill on the beach -- the grouper egg rolls and ahi salad were to die for!

Sunset off the balcony of our hotel room
Walking to dinner...
Hurley and Roxy = happy to be wearing our beach clothes in a beach town

Heavy pour... filled to the rim... plastic glass. My kind of joint!
View off our balcony...

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Girl you know I am mega jealous (in a good way of course). I love you and the hubby in your beach gear. You all are gonna make such gorgeous babies one day.

Kevin and I went to Clearwater last year and stayed at the Marriott Resort and it was grrrrreeeeat. The beach was so darn pretty. I loved everything about that town.

GLad you all are enjoying yourself on the road.
